What is exactly an abdominal injury?
Abdominal Injury can  happen for some reasons. And it is ussually divided into 3 categories : A person with a minor abdominal injury may only have bruising to the abdominal wall. A serious abdominal injury may damage one or more organs inside the abdomen. Whila Severe injuries to the kidneys, liver, or spleen can be dangerous and life threatening.

So, What are the symptoms of an abdominal injury?
abdominal pain, abdominal tenderness are the most common symptoms of an abdominal injury. Iincluding  bruising of the abdomen. Internal injuries may cause bleeding inside the abdomen, Which may lead to low blood pressure and shock.

How can you treat an abdominal injury?
Most of the time, a minor abdominal injuries can be treated at home using  cold compresses and nonprescription pain medications. While  Internal bleeding may require emergency surgery in hospital.

So you have to be very careful handling with abdominal injury.
